Learning Management System(LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of electronic courses(e - learning) and training programs.
As a capacity building tool, LMS facilitates efficient administration of e - learning and training for various government officials both at centre and states / union territories.It has the objective of enhancing knowledge and skills of users as per their roles envisaged in the e - Governance Competency Framework(eGCF).
